Unfortunately, a lot of these local and state governments give the exhibitors very little time to prepare, and it takes the theaters some time to gather staff and get open. For instance, all of the New Jersey theaters would have loved to be open today for Tenet, but they were cleared on Monday and couldn't accomplish it in 3 days, so they’ll eventually get most of the theaters open by next week.

So with the accuracy and dependability of the Clippers shooting in the 4th quarter of a playoff game, here’s my best take on the weekend box-office. Tenet - Still not reporting grosses but word on the street is that it’s holding just fine again with a very small drop from last week. Infidel - This film is going to be very interesting to watch this weekend.

But for what this is, it’s pretty good and looks like a weekend of about $3 million. Tenet - Had a re-release today in IMAX screens, and in some of the theaters it’s a 70mm print, where the grosses are sensational.
