Spider-Man: Far from Home - The norm for a film opening mid week is about a 20% drop on the second day (usually Thursday) and this looks in line with that right now (the gross was about $37 million or so for only Tuesday). Of course, everyone is off tomorrow so we could see this slightly over index later tonight. For today figure it’s in the high 20’s with a decent shot at 30 and it should settle into about the same gross give or take 5% for the next three days after today, unless playability or weather (rain + $$$$ this time of year) gives it some lift. For the rest of the weekend, if you use a 6x off what it does today, you’ll probably be in the ballpark of the 6 day.
Midsommer - This started off with a really nice screen average today, and then it went Kyrie Irving view of the earth flat, but it’s beginning to come back now. Figure it’s in the realm of about $3 million for the day, including the $1 million they did last night. Because I don’t have anything to model this off of for the 5 day, I really don’t know where this is going to go the rest of the weekend, but just as a guess I’d say somewhere in the 5x off what they report for the combined last night and tonight might get you close.
